Caroline is the Immediate Former Chief of Party- KCB Foundation and is currently the Director of Mortgage Business at KCB Kenya Limited. She has been with KCB cumulatively for 14 years. She also serves as a Board Director at Kenya Property Developers Association (KPDA) and serves in the Land Sector Board Committee for KEPSA (Kenya Private Sector Association. She played a critical role as a member of the taskforce that developed guidelines for the electronic registration of Land transactions- NLMIS- National Lands Management Information System.( Ardhi Sasa).
She has Over 19 years’ experience in Real Estate and Mortgage Financing having worked in Senior Management in the top Mortgage lending financial institutions in Kenya. This includes Housing Finance, Standard Chartered Bank, Equity Bank and KCB.
She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA(K) from Strathmore University holds a degree in BA (Mathematics and Business Studies) from Kenyatta University. She is also a Licentiate member of the Institute of Data Processing Management; LIDPM, ICPAK-Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya and AWAK (Association of Women Accountants of Kenya).
