HOW TO JOIN/ENROL

Enrollment on Mobi USSD *522# The Customer can enroll for Simba Points by following the following steps.
  • Dial *522#.
  • Select My Account.
  • Select Simba Points .
  • Accept Terms and Conditions.
  • Enroll.
Enrollment on the App

The customer can enroll for Simba Points by following the following steps.

  • Download the KCB App on App Store
  • Go to the main menu on the top left-hand side click on the 3 lines to access the drawer menu.
  • Select Simba Points .
  • Enter the 5-digit mobile banking PIN.
  • Select Enroll.

HOW TO REDEEM

Redeem Cash on USSD *522# by following the following step:
  • Dial *522#.
  • Select My Account.
  • Select Simba Points.
  • Select Redeem Cash.
  • Select Account where the funds will be credited.
  • Enter the number of points to redeem.
  • Enter the 5-digit mobile banking PIN.
  • Confirm the information and submit.

Redeem Cash on KCB App

  • Download the KCB App on App Store

  • Go to the main menu on the top left hand side click on the 3 lines to access the drawer menu.
  • Select Simba Points.
  • Enter the 5-digit mobile banking PIN.
  • Select cash.
  • Enter the number of points to redeem.
  • Confirm the details and select proceed.
  • Enter the 5*digit mobile banking pin again.
  • Enter the 4-digit authorization code and submit.
  • Select Enroll.
Redeem Airtime on USSD *522# by following the following steps:
  • Dial *522#.
  • Select My Account.
  • Select Simba Points.
  • Select Redeem Airtime.
  • Select your account.
  • Select Airtime Operator.
  • Select the number of points to redeem.
  • Enter recipient's mobile number.
  • Enter the 5-digit mobile banking PIN.
  • Confirm the information and submit.
Redeem Airtime on KCB App by following the following steps:
  • Download the KCB App on App Store
  • Go to the main menu on the top left hand side click on the 3 lines to access the drawer menu
  • Select Simba Points.
  • Enter the 5-digit mobile banking PIN.
  • Select airtime.
  • Enter the mobile number to receive the airtime.
  • Select the telecommunication service provider (Safaricom/Airtel/Telcom).
  • Enter amount of points to redeem for airtime.
  • Select Submit.
  • Confirm details and proceed.
  • Enter the 5-digit mobile banking PIN.
  • The airtime will be credited to the mobile number.

HOW TO CHECK BALANCE

Check balance on USSD *522# by following the following steps:
  • Dial *522#.
  • Select My Account.
  • Select Simba Points.
  • Select Check Points.
  • Select your account.
  • Enter the Mobile Banking Pin.
  • You will receive an SMS notification with your points balance.
Check balance on KCB App by following the following steps:
  • Download the KCB App on App Store.
  • Go to the main menu on the top left hand side click on the 3 lines to access the drawer menu.
  • Select Simba Points.
  • Enter the 5-digit mobile banking PIN.
  • The points balance will be displayed in the home page of your Simba Points profile.
