This is a loan product designed to cater for the needs of those who produce and trade in livestock.
Loan amounts Upto Kes 250M.
Maximum of 3 months for traders involved in sale and transportation of Livestock.
Maximum of 6 months for animal fattening, egg production and breeding.
Maximum of 12 months for Pasture production e.g. leasing of land, fencing, seeds, tilting and land preparation, infrastructure development eg holding pens, boreholes etc.
Customer to contribute 20% of the total loan requirement. Bank to provide 80%.
