What We Need From You*
- Duly completed application form.
- Agency authority confirmation from Safaricom PLC.
- Evidence of trade in terms of cash flows for the last 12 months (from both Agency MIS and existing account from a financial institution, KCB or otherwise).
- Customer consent for KCB to get information from Safaricom’s auditor platform.
- A letter of assignment of agency receivables duly signed by the customer and accepted by Safaricom.
- Board resolution & Directors’ guarantees for limited liability companies (where applicable).
- Trading License & Registration Certificate.
- Projected cash flows for the next 6 months for amount above Kes 5 Million.
- Audited accounts for the last 3 years (only for limits above Kes 5 Million).
- Brief details of other lines of business and other sources of Income.
- Commissions earned from Safaricom should be paid through the KCB account.

Documentation Fee & Service Fee*
- Profit rate - CBR rate plus 4%.
- Negotiation fees - 3%.
