Friends and family.

Wholistically I have developed the need to succeed and be better in terms of success, satisfaction and strength.
What is your proudest moment/achievement in your rugby journey?
Playing for the top league and the best team.
What does a typical training day look like for you?
Enjoyable and most of all a learning curve all day.
What is your pre-match routine before a game?
I enjoy some motivational songs and have a light snack.

What is the next big goal you're working towards?
Playing for the Kenya team as the hooker starter.
When you're not playing rugby, what do you enjoy doing?
Singing in the choir.
What is your life motto/mantra/guiding principle?
Without sacrifice there can be no victory.
Where would you like to compete one day? We might just make it happen
