What does a typical training day look like for you?
Varies....sometimes it starts at 6am through to 7.15am when I break to go to the office then get back 5.30pm for the evening session which ends at around 7.00pm, on Sartudays we start at 6.00am to 12.00am.
What is your pre-match routine before a game?
I try to sleep in, wake up at around 10.00am. I don't like having lunch on game day so I would just have heavy breakfast at around 10.00am then at around 1.00pm I'll have 2 bananas. Then listen to some music as I get myself ready for the game. As the game draws near I like to be in my own quiet relaxed space, then switch things up come warm up time.
