Fitness.

What is your proudest moment/achievement in your rugby journey?
Winning 2021 Kenya Cup at Nandi Bears.
What does a typical training day look like for you?
"Wake up at 5, train from 6 am-7 am, Go to work, Start my evening training session from 5:00pm to 7pm"
What is your pre-match routine before a game?
Take some few fruits as I listen to music.

What is the next big goal you're working towards?
Running my own company as i create employment.
When you're not playing rugby, what do you enjoy doing?
Listening to investments podcasts.

Patience is a virtue.

What would you tell a young athlete looking up to you?
Try and balance btw being an athlete and being a student.A combination of sports and education will really take you places.
